Kids Yoga Classes

 
 

Seattle Kids Yoga classes are inclusive, child-directed, developmentally appropriate, and most importantly, FUN!

In addition to yoga, expect lots of music and creative movement, educational facts, mindfulness and stillness, and much laughter. Nicole and her team of Seattle Kids Yoga teachers are committed to upholding the traditional aspects of a yoga practice while making it accessible for children of all abilities.

Nicole is such a great Yoga teacher. I’ve been going to her class since preschool and I can’t imagine going to any other. Yoga with Nicole is great because she includes arts & crafts, exercise, and storytelling. There’s something for everyone!
