I went “back to school” every fall from the age of 3 until I was 34. First as a student, and then as a school-based Occupational Therapist.

My mom was a classroom teacher for 30+ years and I grew up hearing tales of her students and experiences. Education is in my blood, and teaching Kids Yoga classes in the school environment is a deep passion and true joy of mine. I have worked with teachers to bring yoga and mindfulness into the classroom, and for over a decade, have witnessed the academic, social and emotional benefits Yoga provides students in the school setting. Yoga makes us smarter!

Along with my team of highly-skilled teachers, I currently share yoga and mindfulness with over 500 children on a weekly basis. We are available to teach all ages, grade levels, and abilities in public and private schools. Connect to learn more and schedule a FREE demo class!
